All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety practices.
Every job is different. We will provide you with a free estimate that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and cost before we start. You are not obligated to accept our estimate.
When you hire us, you need to provide accurate information about your property and any trees that need service. You must inform us of any underground utilities, property boundaries, or hazards on your property. You are responsible for securing any pets and ensuring clear access to the work area.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency services may have different policies.
All estimates are provided free of charge. Once you accept an estimate, the price is fixed unless you request additional work or we discover unforeseen conditions that require extra labor or equipment. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. We will make every effort to minimize disruption to your landscaping. Our services include cleanup and removal of debris unless otherwise specified in your estimate.
If you have specific cleanup requirements, please discuss them with us before work begins.
Some tree work requires permits from local authorities. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless we have agreed in writing to handle this for you. We will advise you if we believe permits are needed, but ultimate responsibility lies with the property owner.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes related to tree health, regrowth, or natural processes beyond our control.
